Aaron MacCready is a son of Patricia. Aaron disliked Reverend Anderson. Due to his hatred for the preacher, Aaron sided with Sidney, aware he works against the reverend. Aaron was believed by Anderson to have burned in the building, though he was removed and aided by Dr. Park. He was eventually killed by Sidney after he was deemed too much of a liability.
